Gronze's plan ends this day at Gondán, but Gondán's albergue and the next one at San Xusto de Cabarcos closed in 2021 and Gronze lists no beds there, so this plan goes on 4.1 miles to Lourenzá, as Gronze itself suggests if you leave Ribadeo early. The climbing figure is Gronze's for Ribadeo to Gondán; the last stretch adds a little. The main climb, about 850 ft over 3.1 miles, starts at A Ponte de Arante, 6.8 miles in, and bars are few. Lourenzá's Benedictine monastery church opens at 11:00.
